Quinta de Tourais comes as a pleasant surprise in World Heritage Douro. It is situated on the Lamego, Régua and Vila Real axis.

Quinta de Tourais was, perhaps even before the birth of the Portuguese nation, a small Monastery. For a moment, it is easy to forget that one is but a few kilometres from three cities. The sublime landscape, the tranquillity, the gently swaying trees and the slowly undulating Douro, hidden between the houses and vineyards, lead us to Quinta de Tourais, where its wines, jams and hospitality are legendary.
